I got to know of this song yesterday while i was trying to play dj in the minor OT room.hahaz
Its a very refreshing song and it got this really unique tune i cant describe,you will understand what i mean if u just go and hear it.=D


So this is what a ger like me will do on my attachment in A&E..:


WED - Critical CAre


A very confusing and can be a rather busy area to be in.I was doing afternoon shift and afternoon is the peak period where many pple will come in to A&E.So when i report for my place in there, all i see is trolleys being parked everywhere.-.-!


I tried to learn in every way and gave up bcos the staff nurses are too busy to even guide us.
i grab my chance to send one patient up to the ward and Sylvia gave me that chance which i was very thankful for buuutttt the E.N that went wif me is such a pig! She is like 2 and the half time bigger than me but i had to push the trolley instead.You wouldnt understand unless you r as small as me and had push tat trolley before.She such a meanie which i will comment again why later.


I had dinner alone but its not so bad cos i order the correct ba chor mee this time.=)


Baby fetch me home.=))


Thursday - Triage


I must say of all areas, i like triage the best cos its the only thing tat resemble A&E.XD


For the first 4 hrs, i sat outside to receive patients either frm the ambulance or frm taxi.
Time flies really fast out side especially in the morning.Basically just have to take temp of the person who seeing the doctor, check if they been having flu syptoms for the past 2weeks anot and if they had visited any poultry farms etc...so next time u go in to A&E, expect quests like this yeah?!?


The last four hours is at R1.Very standard thing to do there i guess.We call patients in, help the S.N to put on the bp set and sp02 meter and see where the S.N wants to refer the patient to and we just help to bring the patient there.It can be either at consultation or CCA.And tat meanie was there too, she din want to guide me and just cos the stupid bp set got disconnected by dunno who, she scold me and say wat i not observant enough..like wtf..i wouldnt want to anyhow spoil the bp set yeah?I made another new fren-Jin Mei.But she frm afternoon shift.Somehow i find we can clicked.haha.


Baby came to fetch me after work.I was so shacked that i just slept in his car.We went to get his 02 and den he drove me to tanah merah to do my FILA shoPPing!!=))
Spend a total of $72 but that cos i helped lena to get some stuff too.Stuffs there are very very cheap.=p


And den he drop me off at aljunied and i went PS to find Lena.Ry and cloud was there too.
I got to know lena's fren, shaun and he was made a victim of our shoppin spree.hahah.
I bought a 3/4ers and a pink jacket!
And den we had dinner at cafe cartel, i had the grilled chicken wif texas sauce, was pretty good ya know.=p

Friday - OT/POP

For the first time of my life, i nvr been to work/attachment feeling so damn tired before.I couldnt focus and could actually doze off any min even when i'm just walking abt.So i did doze off in the POP room when no one is ard..*Shhhhh!!


And den after a few 10mins naps and a cup of coffee i did feel much more awake and soon the rest of the day i was able to stay awake but not alert.


Interesting cases of crushed fingers and dislocated toes..tats all.I went in to the minor Ot to see this case but end up so bored that i went to fiddle wif the songs on the window media player..=/
Last day that why i was so damn slacked and i even came late!!


Went home to slp like a pig.My dad was sick, i dunno wat wrong seriously.So i did wat i could best before i went out to watch KING KONG. Dun laugh at me, i'm just a ger that why i would tear.And i keep whispering to baby that KING KONG MAKES THE BEST BF IN THE WORLD.hahah.I admire his love for the ger, seriously i do.I love the way he sulks and his everlasting love for the ger even though she tries to run away a few times.A MUST SEE movie although there are a few parts they din really explained like how they bring the king kong back to the city?

Today, i had my fav fashion consultant to accompany me to shopping.I bought a lot of earrings and a anklet from parco bugis and also a pair of heels at HUSH HUSH-my fav shop.=D
Although it was only a very short shopping trip it was definately productive..So thankk you mR consultant, i hope i can get u along again for my next shopping spree which is not very far away.


See my new earring?i have been aching to wear that.


And for dinner i cook ! Spagetti for myself.=D * a tap on my shoulder*


My Random thoughts:

1)I dun like marshmallows wif icecreams.That why i dun like ROcKy road icecream.Maybe if u bbq the marshmallows for me i might still eat it.hahz!


2) Is it really almost impossible for ex(s) to be very good frens?I guess it is if one party still have feelings..Haiz.


3) I wish i was a rich girl.I'm finding myself to be really materialistic and i think its my nature to be like this except that i have to control myself cos i'm not loaded.=(
I still think i need to learn how to manage my money properly.=/
